Terms of Service

Preview stub for SpliceFlow. Legal polish before these terms are treated as the binding production agreement.

Effective date: 10 September 2026. By using spliceflow.app you agree to these terms.

Agreement

These terms cover the public marketing site, company registration, newsletter, and contact forms. They do not replace any later written agreement we send when we provision app access.

The service (invite-only)

SpliceFlow is field documentation for fiber splicing companies. The application is invite-only. Submitting this site’s forms does not create an app account and does not promise a date, a price, or access.

Accounts and company registration

Company registration is a request to join the invite queue. We may accept, defer, or decline. Techs cannot create their own accounts from this site. If you are already invited, log in at the app host we provide.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the forms, scrape the site, or submit other people’s information without a right to do so. Do not use the site to store customer job data, OTDR files, or production records — that is not what these pages are for.

Disclaimers

Walks and stills on this site use simulated DEMO-1001 data. We do not claim a live customer job, field-proven production, or a perfect production walk. The site is provided as-is. We do not warrant that the marketing descriptions match any particular future release.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpliceFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this public site or from a registration request. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; in those places our liability is limited to the maximum allowed.
