Privacy Policy

Preview stub for SpliceFlow field documentation and company registration. Legal polish before this form set is treated as production policy.

Effective date: 10 September 2026. This page describes how SpliceFlow collects and uses information on spliceflow.app. The invite-only application at app.spliceflow.app is a separate service with its own account records.

What we collect

From the public site we may collect: company name, contact person, work email, phone, role, and a short note (company registration); name, work email, company, and message (contact); email address (newsletter); and standard request logs from our host (Vercel). We use cookieless page-view analytics that do not require a consent banner.

How we use it

To run the invite queue, answer messages, send field notes if you subscribe, and operate and secure this website. We do not sell this information. We do not mint field logins or app accounts from these forms.

Company registration and newsletter

Company registration goes to our CRM / invite queue (Notion). Newsletter signups go to a separate newsletter list. A newsletter signup does not create a CRM prospect and is not an app account. The application is invite-only; we provision access after review.

Sharing

We share information with the processors that run this site and those lists (currently Vercel for hosting and functions; Notion for CRM and newsletter when that wiring is live). We may share information if required by law. We do not run paid ads from this site in v1.

Retention

Invite-queue and newsletter records are kept until you ask us to delete them or they are no longer needed for the purpose collected. Server logs follow our host’s defaults.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from the newsletter using the contact path below. Ask us to correct or delete company-registration or contact records that we hold. Do not send us information you do not want stored for those purposes.

Contact

Privacy questions: use Contact us from a work email. Do not send passwords or customer job data to this site.
