Free checker

What’s missing from your closeout packet?

You sealed the can. Now the packet has to go in, and the worst time to find a missing tray photo is when the office kicks it back and the crew is 40 miles down the road.

This is a free checker for one enclosure session's closeout packet. Tick off what you have. It shows you what's still missing, so you can fix it before you submit. No login, no signup.

Requirements vary by operator, prime, and contract. The customer spec always wins. Treat this as a starting list and check it against your job's requirements. Mark anything that does not apply as N/A with a reason.

How it works

  1. Pick your enclosure. Type the enclosure ID if you want it on the result. It's optional.
  2. Tick what you have. Go group by group and check off each item your packet already has. Mark N/A with a reason when an item does not apply.
  3. See what's missing. The checker lists anything unticked and not marked N/A, grouped, so you know exactly what to go back for.

FAQ

Is it free?

Yes. The checker is free to use.

Do I need an account?

No. No login and no signup. Open the page and start ticking.

Do you keep what I enter?

The checker doesn't save your enclosure ID or your answers. Checks stay in memory for that visit only: no localStorage, no cookies, no server write. Close the page and they're gone.

Can I print or save the result?

Use Print or Copy to clipboard on the result page, or print from your browser.

Does this replace my job's closeout spec?

No. Operator, prime, and contract requirements win. Use this as a starting list, then check your job's packet rules.

Want the record built at the can instead?

SpliceFlow is the contractor's capture and closeout record for each enclosure: the crew records the work on that enclosure while they're at the can, so the closeout is read from the record instead of rebuilt from phones. Tester files stay as attachments; SpliceFlow does not parse them. It's invite-only right now. If that sounds useful, join the waitlist at spliceflow.app.
